Current rates are $135 per night plus NY sales tax.
Discounts are available for extended stays (more than 3 nights).
Plat du jour is available week nights at the whim of the cook.
Reservations require a full price deposit. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued only if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the time reserved. If less than 14 days notice is given for a cancellation, a refund of the deposit will be given only if the Cottage is subsequently rented for the reserved time.
